At Zellas, the integrity of our cuisine stems from the origin of our ingredients. Zellas was established in Hutchinson in 2008. The restaurant was an immediate success offering a dining experience unlike any other in the area. In 2016, Sara and Brian Pollmann purchased Zellas with a goal of continuing the legacy that Zellas was known for.
