Zellas is my favorite place to dine. The food, staff and atmosphere are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone that has not been. Thank you for providing such a great restaurant for our community!

Fabulous Central Family Birthday Meal!

Our family has young adults scattered across southern MN, so we chose Zella's to celebrate two family birthdays based on the central location, locally sourced food & diners comments. Our family members drove from Marshall, at. bonifacious, Minneapolis & Willmar, MN to Hutchinson to meet. We enjoyed the ambiance, the delicious food and the superior service. Everyone was so impressed by the decor, menu & service that they want to meet here again! Our waitress was wonderful with everything from timing to refills! Thank her for us, please-she made our experience at Zella's memorable! We will be back!

Best Rueben anywhere.

Zella's was recommended to us by two local business people from Hutchinson. We were blown away by the quality, taste and creativity of the food. We also received above and beyond service. My husband had the Rueben sandwich and he declared it the best Rueben he has ever had and we travel all over the country including frequent visits to NY delicatessens.I had a fresh, tasty small wedge salad with crisp bacon, chopped cucumber and a perfect blue cheese dressing. I also eat a small cup of prime rib barley soup. Very tasty and perfect for a snowy day in MN.We will go back to Zella's. This is a gem.

I love to try something different. I had "The Super" and it was just great having this quinoa dish with wonderful flavor. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable about the menu and over the top with customer service. Thanks for a great evening!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful atmosphere. Wonderful wait staff. Fantastic wine and beer selections. The Smoked Chicken Flat Bread is amazing. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken with mashed baby reds and asparagus is scrumptious. Ended the evening with Brown Sugar Cheese Cake... wow! Thank you for an excellent evening!

A Second Generation Restaurant...in only 3 years

It was fabulous...the eve of Christmas eve...dinner at Zellas. But most interesting, while we see our friends there regularly, on Friday before Christmas, their kids were all there, with families...with friends. What a gathering! 'course the food was perfect...opakapaka and salmon grilled perfectly (for me) rare. TGFZ Oh yeah, ask for Valerie as server!

OMG My husband and I LOVE this restaurant! The staff is wonderful and fast! The food is amazing and the ambiance is not like your typical small town bar which is great!

Best wedding meal EVER!

We had Zella's cater our outdoor wedding in October. Absolute perfection. First, the staff was a complete joy to work with and second the food selection was phenomenal! The service at the wedding made me feel so much at ease because they took care of everything from the serving of the wine to the serving of the dessert. Every single guest had commented on how amazing the food had been. "Best wedding meal I have ever had" I am so happy with every detail Tiffany had put in place. Whenever I am in the Hutchinson area, Zella's is a definite must.!

The food, the service, the atmosphere was AMAZING!! We traveled from LuVerne to Duluth (across Minnesota) and back ... and your restaurant was excellent in every manner. We are already looking forward to coming back to Minnesota and Zellas!!!

Zella's gets five stars from me! The meatloaf is unbelievable (seriously, you have to try it!). I work around the country and never miss a chance to make a side-trip to Hutchinson to eat at Zella's. The food is wonderful, the staff is pleasant and friendly, the service is excellent. What else is required?

My husband and I stopped in Hutchinson for lunch during a road trip. We were looking for a local restaurant, and this fit the bill. We were amazed with he food and service!! We had the beef brisket sandwich and open-faced apple meatoaf. They were the best dishes we have ever eaten. I am not a meatloaf lover, but I could not get enough bites from my husband's plate! Highly recommend eating here if you are in the area!!

Zellas was recommmended to us for a dinner out for our recent wedding anniversary. We have nothing but good things to say about everything - food, wine, service, etc. And since our visit have told many of our friends about this restaurant.

We just spent our anniversary eating at Zella's for the first time, and it was honestly the best food that I have ever had at a restaurant! Outstanding service and reasonable prices for great food. I love the effort to be local and organic. I cannot wait to go there again:)

Our farming family absolutely loves coming to Zella's. Especially when all of our children are in town for the weekend - we're so grateful that we don't need to go to the Twin Cities to get delicious, high-quality food. It is great to see a restaurant fully embrace using locally-sourced food, when possible. In addition, the staff is some of the warmest, friendliest we have ever encountered. Our favorites are the Super, the Chopchop, gnocchi....pretty much everything!

We love Zella's and make an effort to visit everytime we're in the area. It's by far one of our most favorite restaurants in all of Minnesota! The food is superb (fresh, fresh, fresh ingredients!), with beautiful presentations, and an excellent wine wine selection. The service is great, too. Best of all, the entrees are all reasonable in price. And did we mention the desserts?!! Best cheese cake this side of NYC!!

I was in town and looking for a place to take my mother for her birthday. I choose Zellas and I was very glad I did. The staff, service and cuisine were all top notch. I plan to visit everytime I come to town.

We come to Zellas several times a month to have a good meal in an amazing setting. Everything is always wondeful- especially the apple meatloaf!

First visit to your restaurant. Great experience. "Jill" was my server for Saturday lunch. She was wonderful, and clearly an asset to your business. She did not appear to be rushed off her feet. She helped me choose a 3 course meal that was full of variety and each dish was perfect in presentation and obviously prepared with attention to detail and with love. You have a wonderful restaurant and I look forward to dining here again.

Saw the review on Tripadvisor for #1 in Hutchinson, and stopped in while out there to visit family. They told the truth, what a great find. Wonderful food and service!

A hidden gem in a small town

We came to Hutchinson for an American Legion baseball tournament. Between games we went looking for someplace to eat lunch, expecting to end up at a fast food joint. We spotted Zella's on Main Street and thought we would give it a try. Imagine our delight when we walked in the door to find a gorgeous space with a menu featuring dishes that looked fabulous and weren't expensive. The food far exceeded our expectations. We wish we lived closer so that we could eat at Zellas more often. We wish you much success!

We drive to Zellas a couple times a month! it's about an hour drive, but well worth it! It is by far my favorite place to eat! Such a cool atmosphere. Finally something different that never will never let you down!

I don't even like sweet potatoes and i am hooked on their sweet potato french fries. Wow. The lunch special's are cheap and amazing. A great lunch for 8 bucks.

My husband and I received a gift card to Zella's from an aunt who happened to pass through town and stumbled upon the restaurant. She wanted to share her discovery with us! On a whim, we went and couldn't be happier with our experience. The food was great, the atmosphere was warm and the restaurant was busy but not crowded. We will definately be back!

We were on our way back from MSP and were in need of a great lunch, but we didnt want something typical...we decided to take a drive into the downtown area just to see if there was anything that caught our eye. Zellas stuck out immediately, we had to stop. So glad we did, the carrot curry soup was great! Service was excellent, food was well prepared, definitely stopping by again in the future!

An amazing eating experience!

My husband and I went out on our last date night to Zella's, and it was absolutly amazing! The ambiance is relaxing and fitting for all occasions from a date, or work party, to a fun night out with the girls! The food was one of a kind, high quality, and amazing taste! We have talked about going back since we walked out the door! I am NOT a fish eater of any kind, but ordered the cedar plank salmon just to try it, and I ate the ENTIRE thing! My husband was just as amazed as I was at the quality, taste, and presentation! I would highly recomend Zella's to anyone looking for a night out!

I had the privilege of eating at Zella's several times over the Christmas season while visiting relatives. Being from Houston, the fourth largest city in the nation, I have been to some great restaurants over the years here. However, I would put Zella's right up there with the best of them. It's a classy place with wonderful ambiance and amazing food. The owners and staff are warm and welcoming. Zella's truly is a special place.
